Frontex’s objective is to ensure high quality travel desk services for returns supported by the Agency, by concluding a framework contract with a professional company. The latter shall provide booking and ticketing services for Member States that organize (forced and voluntary) returns by scheduled flights with Frontex support. For this purpose, the contractor will also need to establish and further implement an adequate interface and interconnection with the local Frontex IT system used for contacts and ticketing operations with the Member States, which implies the need for IT development of appropriate interface between the systems of the company and Frontex.
