Deliver a study on "Recreational fisheries in the EU". The general objective is to provide the Members of the Committee on Fisheries (PECH) of the European Parliament with tailored expertise on EU’s recreational fisheries, in particular as regards their socio-economic importance and their impact on fish resources. The expertise will consist of a study of up to 100 pages that should be finalised by 26 February 2027 and a presentation of the study results for the PECH Members. Minimum requirements: team of minimum seven experts with sound qualifications and experience clearly relevant to the delivery of the research; at least one team member with a proven publishing record on issues related to recreational fisheries; at least one team member with at least seven years of experience in managing projects. Participation to this procedure is open exclusively to natural and legal persons coming within the scope of the EU Treaties, to natural and legal persons established in a third country which has a special agreement with the EU in the field of public procurement, and to international organisations.
