Recruitment Selection Tools and Assessment Centres for the EIB Group
Assessment Centres (Service 2, AC type 1) for Senior Management level (3rd line managers or 4th line/direct report to President) must be held on-site at EIB Group premises in Luxembourg, upon request Service 1: Recruitment Selection Tools (aptitude tests and personality questionnaires) — tests, results and reports to be fully available on a remote/online basis Assessment Centres types 2, 3 and 4 — held off-site (Service Provider's premises) or via video-conferencing Assessment Centre candidate feedback (AC type 5) — held via telephone or video-conferencing Stress Resilience Tests (Service 3) — held via video-conferencing Assessment Centre tools, reports and debriefs — to be fully available on a remote/online basis during 1 year
Relevant Experience: The Tenderer must demonstrate experience of performing 3 contracts, each of a similar scope, scale and complexity to those required under the Framework Agreement and completed or ongoing for at least 12 months within the last 3 years preceding the deadline for the submission of tenders, and with a minimum value for each of them of 250,000 EUR.
Turnover: The Tenderer must have for each of the past three financial years for which accounts have been closed and final audited figures are available, an annual overall turnover of at least EUR 1,000,000.
The Tenderer must prove that they are registered to pursue the professional activity under national law.
