Rientrano nel presente contratto anche la manutenzione di riscaldamento, gas, impianti idraulici, impianti igienico-sanitari e altri lavori pertinenti.

Tenderers must demonstrate that they have the legal capacity to perform the contract and the regulatory capacity to exercise the professional activity necessary to carry out the work that is the subject of this tender. Tenderers may be natural or legal persons. Tenderers are not required to adopt a specific legal form in order to submit a tender. The evidence of legal and regulatory capacity applies to all interested parties.
In order to demonstrate the economic and financial capacity to perform the contract, tenderers must satisfy the following selection criterion.
The tenderer must demonstrate experience in thermodynamic construction and the creation of liquid and gas distribution systems, repair, overhaul and dismantling of existing thermodynamic and sanitary systems, connection and installation of radiators and fan coil units, connections to liquid, gas and drainage lines, installation of pipes, welding and installation, maintenance of boilers/hot air generators and heat pumps.
The tenderer must demonstrate that it holds the Technical Certifications required by the contracting authority for the performance of the works.
The tenderer must demonstrate the ability to use quality assurance measures in order to ensure the quality of the works.
The tenderer must demonstrate that it has personnel available to carry out the tasks described in the technical specifications.
The tenderer must demonstrate its professional technical suitability in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 81/08 as amended, Art. 89 and Annex XVII.
