Deliver a study on "Seafood industry integration in the EU - Latest trends and state of play" (A) General objective: to provide PECH Members with a clear and up-to-date description of the corporate structure and vertical and horizontal integration across the EU seafood value chain in Member States with a coastline, including links between catching, processing and wholesale markets. (B) Research product: Study of up to 100 pages to be finalised by 19 May 2027 and to be presented to PECH Committee Members. (C) Minimum requirements: (1) seven experts with sound educational and professional qualifications and experience that are clearly relevant to the topic, (2) one expert must have a proven publishing record on issues relevant to the analysis of the seafood industry in the academic journals of reference within the past ten years, (3) two experts must have experience in econometric modelling and statistical analysis, (4) one expert should have at least seven years of experience in managing projects. (D)Participation to this procedure is open exclusively to natural and legal persons coming within the scope of the EU Treaties, to natural and legal persons established in a third country which has a special agreement with the EU in the field of public procurement, and to international organisations. This means that access to this procedure is granted to entities based in EU Members States; Overseas Countries and Territories; EEA Members: Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein; Countries under SAA: North Macedonia, Albania, Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo; and EU nationals living in a third country. Others can participate only as subcontractors.
