Provision of security services to the Delegation of the European Union to Lebanon, in order to ensure the security of persons and properties for which the Delegation is responsible
The EU delegation in Beirut needs an outside company to provide security — guards, tracking systems, alarms and CCTV — for its staff and premises for the next four years, with an option to renew twice. Applicants must already hold Lebanese authorisation to provide protection services, employ at least 60 relevant staff, and show at least €2.2m in average annual turnover.

Os candidatos devem já possuir autorização libanesa para prestar serviços de proteção, empregar pelo menos 60 funcionários relevantes e demonstrar um volume de negócios médio anual de pelo menos €2,2M.
Security guard and related services must be performed in person at the EU Delegation premises in Beirut, Lebanon (place of performance is mainly Beirut, Lebanon) Contractor personnel may be required to work on the premises of the contracting authority (EU Delegation, City Hill, Bloc 61-10, Barbir Street, Zokak El Blat area, Beirut, Lebanon) with access cards issued by the contracting authority
The candidate shall be authorised to provide the services being subject to this contract at the place of performance of this contract. The relevant certificate must be valid on the date of the deadline for the submission of requests to participate. Before the signature of the contract, the validity of the certificate will be verified again.
The average annual turnover for the last three financial years for which accounts have been closed must be at least EUR 2,200,000.
Candidates must prove the technical and professional capacity to perform this contract by meeting the following criteria: 1. At least two service contracts managed by the economic operator relevant to security services during the last three years preceding the submission deadline. 2. At least one contract listed under 1. having a duration of at least one year. 3. The cumulative value during the last three years of the above-mentioned listed contracts must be at least EUR 665,000.
The candidate must currently employ at least 60 staff in the fields related to security services.
