Security services for the Delegation of the European Union to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Delegation to the Republic of Yemen and DG ECHO office located in Amman
Provision of security guards physically at the EU Delegation premises in Amman, Jordan Installation and operation of GPS/GPRS tracking systems at the place of performance in Amman, Jordan Installation and operation of alarm systems at the place of performance in Amman, Jordan Installation and operation of CCTV systems at the place of performance in Amman, Jordan Contractor personnel may be required to work on-site at the EU Delegation premises (access card regime, Amman, Jordan)
Authorisation to provide the services at the place of performance of the contract: The candidate shall be authorised to provide the services being subject to this contract at the place of performance of this contract. The relevant certificate must be valid on the date of the deadline for the submission of requests to participate. Before the signature of the contract, the validity of the certificate will be verified again.
Turnover: The average annual turnover for the last three financial years for which accounts have been closed must be at least EUR 1,700,000.00.
Previous contracts: Candidates must prove the technical and professional capacity to perform this contract by meeting the following criteria: 1. At least three service contracts managed by the economic operator relevant to security services during the last three years preceding the submission deadline. 2. At least one contract listed under 1. having a duration of at least one year. 3. The cumulative value during the last three years of the above-mentioned listed contracts must be at least 380,000.00 EUR.
Manpower: The candidate must currently employ at least 110 staff in the fields related to security services.
