The contracting authority intends to conclude a framework service contract for the provision of security services in accordance with the specifications set out in the procurement documents.
Security guards and related personnel must be physically present at the EU Delegation to Thailand premises in Bangkok (place of performance is mainly Bangkok) Contractor personnel may be granted access cards to the contracting authority's premises at the EU Delegation to Thailand (Athenee Tower, 63 Wireless Road, Bangkok) for performance of specific contracts
Authorisation to provide the services at the place of performance of the contract: The candidate shall be authorised to provide the services being subject to this contract at the place of performance of this contract. The relevant certificate must be valid on the date of the deadline for the submission of requests to participate. Before the signature of the contract, the validity of the certificate will be verified again.
Turnover: Candidates must prove the financial and economic capacity to perform this contract by meeting the following criterion: The average annual turnover for the last three financial years for which accounts have been closed must be at least THB 25,000,000.
Previous contracts: Candidates must prove the technical and professional capacity to perform this contract. Minimum capacity level: 1. At least two service contracts managed by the economic operator relevant to security services during the last three years preceding the submission deadline. 2. At least one contract listed under 1. having a duration of at least one year. 3. The cumulative value during the last three years of the above-mentioned listed contracts must be at least THB 8,000,000.
Manpower: The candidate must currently employ at least 50 staff in the fields related to security services.
