Service Contract for Training HaDEA Staff on EU related matters

The purpose of the contract is to provide trainings to HaDEA staff related to a mix of deep insights and practical knowledge about EU policies, legislation and emerging topics, with the key objective of further improving their skills and capabilities for efficient management of the policies and procedures. Topics of the trainings may include, but are not limited to, EU law and policies, decision-making and governance processes, public administration and management, Sectoral EU policies (e.g. digital, green transition, HR, procurement), practical use of AI in daily work. The trainings should be provided online, in hybrid form and/or in person in contractor´s or HaDEA's premises . Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority’s intention to publish a future negotiated low value procurement procedure.
