Tenderers must prove that they have the legal capacity to perform the contract and the regulatory capacity to carry out the professional activity necessary for the performance of the works covered by this procurement procedure. Criterion L1: Proof of registration in a relevant trade or professional register.
Tenderers must meet the following selection criteria in order to prove that they have the economic and financial capacity to perform the contract.
At least three projects of similar scope and complexity, carried out in the three years preceding the deadline for submission of tenders, covering an office space with a minimum capacity of 4000 m2, with a minimum value of EUR 200 000 per year for each project per client.
The tenderer must be able to offer certified eco-label cleaning supplies.
The tenderer must have a supervisor (and an alternate in case of absence) with at least three years of full-time individual experience in the provision of coordination and management services for an office cleaning team.
