Tenderers must prove that they have the legal capacity to perform the contract and the regulatory capacity to carry out the professional activity necessary for the performance of the works covered by this call for tenders. Tenderers may be natural or legal persons. Tenderers are not required to be constituted in a particular legal form to submit their tender. Where tenderers submit a tender through an entity without legal personality (e.g. a branch), compliance with exclusion criteria, selection criteria, rules on access to procurement procedures and the absence of restrictive measures are assessed at the level of the tenderers.
Tenderers must satisfy the following selection criteria in order to prove that they have the economic and financial capacity necessary to perform the contract.
The tenderer must demonstrate experience in the field of reception and welcome services in an establishment open to the public.
The tenderer must demonstrate a valid quality certification.
The tenderer must demonstrate that it has the equipment to ensure the performance of the services under this contract.
A detailed description of the human resources available to perform the contract. The tenderer must prove operational capacity by attaching to the offer three candidate profiles for the position of reception agents.
