Tenderers must demonstrate a sound and sufficient economic and financial capacity to perform the contract. They must demonstrate a minimum turnover of €750,000 for event and/or diplomatic passenger transport services with driver, including coordination, on average over the three previous available financial years.
Professional Experience in Protocol Transport: Tenderers must prove they possess professional experience in the field of event and/or diplomatic passenger transport with driver and police escorts, including coordination of drivers and vehicle fleet.
Quality and Risk Management: The tenderer must have a quality management system and a clear and measurable risk management system.
Staffing – Coordinators: The tenderer must have the necessary staff for the performance of the requested services.
Vehicle Fleet: The tenderer must have the necessary vehicle fleet for the performance of the requested services.
