Authorisation to provide services at the place of contract performance: The candidate must be authorised to provide the services that are the subject of this contract at the place of contract performance. The corresponding certificate must be valid on the date of the deadline for submission of requests to participate. Before the contract is signed, the validity of the certificate will be verified again.
Turnover: Candidates must prove their economic and financial capacity to perform this contract by meeting the following criterion: the average annual turnover over the last three financial years for which accounts have been closed must be at least BRL 12,500,000.
Previous contracts: Candidates must demonstrate technical and professional capacity to perform this contract by meeting the following criteria: 1. At least two service contracts managed by the economic operator relevant to security services, during the three years preceding the submission deadline. 2. At least one of the contracts listed in point 1 with a minimum duration of one year. 3. The cumulative value during the three years preceding the submission deadline of the listed contracts must be at least BRL 4,150,000.
Staff numbers: The candidate must currently employ at least 38 people in fields related to security services.
