Tenderers must demonstrate that they possess the legal capacity to perform the contract and the regulatory capacity to carry out the professional activity necessary to perform the work that is the subject of this call for tenders. The legal and regulatory capacity must be demonstrated by all relevant parties that will carry out the activities (sole tenderer, lead contractor and members of the group in the case of joint tenders and identified subcontractors) by providing, where applicable, the following documentary evidence: document attesting registration in the relevant professional register or trade register.
In order to demonstrate the economic and financial capacity to perform the contract, tenderers must satisfy the following selection criterion.
The tenderer must demonstrate experience in shipping and customs clearance procedures, with particular regard to the sector of VAT exemptions and duty-free allowances.
The tenderer must demonstrate that it has qualified staff available for the performance of the contract.
