Tenderers must demonstrate that they have the legal capacity to perform the contract and the regulatory capacity to carry out the professional activity necessary to perform the work that is the subject of this call for tender. Tenderers may be natural or legal persons. Tenderers are not required to adopt a specific legal form in order to submit a tender. If tenderers present themselves through an entity without legal personality (e.g. a branch), compliance with exclusion criteria, selection criteria, rules on access to procurement and the absence of restrictive measures will be assessed at the level of the tenderers.
In order to demonstrate the economic and financial capacity to perform the contract, tenderers must satisfy the following selection criterion. Average annual turnover for the last two financial years exceeding EUR 300,000.00.
The tenderer must demonstrate experience in the provision of national/international mobile telephony and data transmission services with related supplies.
The tenderer must demonstrate the capacity to use quality assurance measures in order to ensure the quality of activities, in accordance with the ISO 9001 standard.
Adequate technical capacity for the required service.
