Tenderers must demonstrate that they have the legal capacity to perform the contract and the regulatory capacity to exercise the professional activity necessary to carry out the work that is the subject of this procurement. For Lot 1, the entities that will carry out the activities must present the relevant environmental authorisations (e.g. ANGA, AIA/AUA), with regard to the activities they carry out.
In order to demonstrate the economic and financial capacity to perform the contract, tenderers must satisfy the following selection criterion.
The tenderer must demonstrate its experience in the Collection, Transport, Delivery and Disposal of Urban Assimilable Solid Waste, Reusable Residues and Sanitary/Hospital Waste produced in Laboratories.
The tenderer must demonstrate that it has adequate personnel available for the performance of the contract.
The tenderer must demonstrate that it has the technical material/resources necessary to perform the contract in accordance with the technical specifications.
The tenderer must have the capacity to use quality assurance measures in order to ensure the quality of services. ISO 9001:2015 certification or equivalent.
The tenderer must have the capacity to implement structured and documented environmental procedures. ISO 14001 certification or equivalent.
The tenderer must hold the necessary authorisations for the performance of the services described in the technical specifications, for each EWC code indicated in the 'financial offer' table.
