Who can apply
3.2.1 · Legal and Regulatory Capacity

Tenderers must demonstrate that they have the legal capacity to perform the contract and the regulatory capacity to exercise the professional activity necessary to carry out the work that is the subject of this procurement. For Lot 1, the entities that will carry out the activities must present the relevant environmental authorisations (e.g. ANGA, AIA/AUA), with regard to the activities they carry out.

3.2.2 · Economic and Financial Capacity

In order to demonstrate the economic and financial capacity to perform the contract, tenderers must satisfy the following selection criterion.

3.2.3 · Technical and Professional Capacity

The tenderer must demonstrate its experience in the Collection, Transport, Delivery and Disposal of Urban Assimilable Solid Waste, Reusable Residues and Sanitary/Hospital Waste produced in Laboratories.

The tenderer must demonstrate that it has adequate personnel available for the performance of the contract.
