Official description

Support (off-site consultants) in the areas of data management, data science, and geographic information system (GIS).

Place of performance

On-site induction period of up to one month at ECDC premises in Solna, Sweden, required at the contracting authority's request for new consultants (all lots) On-site service delivery at ECDC premises in Solna, Sweden, up to 4 weeks per year per consultant, based on the project manager's decision (all lots) On-site service delivery at EFSA premises in Parma, Italy, up to 4 weeks per year per consultant, based on the project manager's decision (Lot 2 only) Laptop delivery in person at the contracting authority's premises if a laptop is provided by ECDC (conditional on ECDC approval) Off-site service provision (routine day-to-day work) performed anywhere within the EU/EEA via Virtual Desktop and secure remote access provided by ECDC Remote service delivery subject to compliance with ECDC's security baseline (I.13.2)

3.2.1 · Legal and Regulatory Capacity

Tenderers (including each member of the group in case of joint tender) must prove that they have the legal capacity to perform the contract and the regulatory capacity to pursue the professional activity necessary to carry out the work subject to this call for tenders.

3.2.2 · Economic and Financial Capacity

The tenderer must prove the necessary economic and financial capacity to perform the contract.

3.2.3 · Technical and Professional Capacity

The tenderer must prove experience in the field of providing consultancy services in the respective area(s) of expertise (per relevant lot).

3.2.3 · Technical and Professional Capacity

The tenderer must prove experience working in English.

3.2.3 · Technical and Professional Capacity

The tenderer must prove experience in allocating sufficient numbers of consultants.

3.2.3 · Technical and Professional Capacity

The tenderer must prove experience in allocating sufficient numbers of service provider for all profiles of the relevant lot.
