On-site induction period of up to one month at ECDC premises in Solna, Sweden, at the contracting authority's request for all new consultants (all lots) On-site period of up to 4 weeks per year at contracting authority's premises, based on the project manager's decision (all lots) Laptop collection in person at contracting authority's premises if a laptop is provided by ECDC (all lots, unless otherwise agreed) On-site services for Lot 2 may also be required at EFSA premises in Parma, Italy Off-site service provision (routine day-to-day work) may be performed from anywhere within the EU/EEA via Virtual Desktop and secure remote access provided by ECDC Remote service delivery is explicitly permitted and governed by ECDC's security baseline (Article I.13.2 of the FWC)
