Strengthening the capacities of the National institutions in environmental sector for infrastructure projects management

Contract shall provide technical support to the IPA units of the Ministry of Environmental Protection (MEP) and Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management (MAFWM) as well as to end recipients of the projects (e.g. Local Self-Government Units and their Public Utility Companies, regional companies, Public Water Management Companies) to successfully perform their respective roles in indirect management of EU funded projects, regarding to preparation and implementation of investment projects in the environmental protection sector.
