Study to support the performance assessment of the Brexit Adjustment Reserve (BAR)

Through this call for tenders, the European Commission, Directorate-General for Regional and Urban Policy intends to gather evidence from the implementation and preliminary results of the Brexit Adjustment Reserve (BAR) providing data on the BAR’ s effectiveness, efficiency, coherence with other policies, relevance and EU added value in line with the Better Regulation Framework.  The study will provide robust evidence on the implementation, outputs, results and, where feasible, early impacts of the Reserve. It will support the preparation of the Commission Staff Working Document accompanying the evaluation report and contribute to the Commission's assessment of the performance of the instrument.
