Physical delivery of equipment to JRC Karlsruhe, Hermann-von-Helmholtz-Platz 1, Building 811, 76344 Eggenstein-Leopoldshafen, Germany (Incoterm DDP) On-site installation and set-up of the instrument by contractor's skilled staff at JRC Karlsruhe premises On-site performance testing (site acceptance) by contractor's skilled staff at JRC Karlsruhe premises On-site training of at least 1 day for 2 JRC operators at JRC Karlsruhe following commissioning Minor technical or operational problems during warranty: telephone/e-mail support to be provided by the contractor Remote guidance to JRC Karlsruhe staff for corrective maintenance actions (if resolvable within 2 working days without on-site visit)
