The subject of the contract is the supply of the following items, including all other associated obligations and requirements set out in Annex II+III: Lot 1: Supply of IT equipment for data exchange Lot 2: Development of Generic Statistical Information System (GSIS) Lot 3: Supply of Single Sign On (SSO)

Average Annual Turnover: Economic and financial capacity (based on item 3 of the supply tender submission form). In case the tenderer is a public body, equivalent information should be provided. The reference period which will be taken into account will be the last three years for which accounts have been closed. Criterion 1: average annual turnover – The tenderer's average annual turnover of the last 3 financial years for which the accounts have been closed must be not less than EUR 1,500,000.00.
Minimum Personnel: Professional capacity (based on items 4 and 5 of the tender submission form for supply contracts). The reference period which will be taken into account will be the last 3 years preceding the submission deadline. Criterion 1: the tenderer has, during the current year and the previous two years, on average, at least: 5 personnel directly employed or otherwise legally contracted on a permanent or non-permanent basis in areas of specialist knowledge related to this contract.
No Professional Conflicting Interests: Criterion 2: the tenderer is not subject to professional conflicting interests which may negatively affect contract performance. The presence of professional conflicting interests shall be examined on the basis of the statements made through the Declarations on Honour and, where applicable, the statements and other documents submitted.
Availability of Technical Staff: Criterion 3: the tenderer must ensure and present availability of the technical staff as follows: Network Security Engineer (3) with valid and current certifications relevant to the proposed solution (e.g., networking, firewall, or server/storage technologies)*; as well as Cyber Security Engineer (1) to be assigned for the implementation of this project. The tenderer must also ensure availability of a Project Leader (1) to be assigned for the overall coordination. * The combined certifications of three engineers must cover all required technology domains.
Prior Contract Experience: Technical capacity (based on item 6 of the tender submission form for supply contracts). Criterion: · The tenderer has completed supplies under at least 1 contract implemented at any moment during the last four years before submission deadline. · For each contract, the value of the supplies completed must not be less than EUR 480,000.00. · The completed supplies are in the domain of Hardware IT infrastructure including the on-site installation and configuration.
