Supply of toners and consumables for printing devices

Tenderers must be able to prove that they meet the economic, financial and technical capacity requirements to perform the services set out in this call for tenders. In the case of joint offers/subcontractors, the selection criteria will be applied to the grouping/consortium as a whole. The lead company must attach to the declaration on exclusion/selection criteria a breakdown per company of how the selection criteria are fulfilled. This attachment, giving details of the financial/economic/technical capacities of the company or companies on which the tenderer relies to fulfil the selection criteria, must be dated and signed by the legal representatives of the company or companies in question. The contracting authority will carry out a consolidated assessment to verify compliance with the minimum capacity levels set out in the selection criteria. The tenderer may rely on the capacities of other entities, regardless of the legal nature of the links it has with them.

Annual Turnover: Tenderers must prove that they have the necessary economic and financial capacity to perform the contract. A specific minimum annual turnover of 50.000 EUR related to field of supply of toner and other consumables for printing devices.

Positive Assets/Liability Ratio: Tenderers must prove that they have the necessary economic and financial capacity to perform the contract. A positive ratio between assets and liability (pre-tax profit) on average over the last 3 years available.

Contract References: Tenderers must prove that they have the necessary technical and professional capacity to perform the contract. Tenderers must have the capacity for the supply of a large variety of toner and other consumables for printing devices. Therefore, tenderers must demonstrate having executed at least 2 contracts for the provision of toner and other consumables over the last 2 years for different clients for a cumulative value of at least 20.000 EUR per year per client.
