The objective of the contract is to increase the capacity of national and regional actors for implementing effective smart specialisation strategies in Turkey. In the scope of the contract, the TA services will be focused on capacity development activities towards policy-makers from regional and national institutions to improve smart specialization strategy preparation and implementation capacity by establishing strong network among them.
