Technical Assistance for the Implementation of the Sound Public Financial Management Support Programme

The service contract is in respect of Specific Object 1 of the EU Action for Sound Public Financial Management and Private Sector Development Programme under the Neighbourhood, Development and International Cooperation Instrument (NDICI). Through this service contract, a technical assistance team will support the Government of Ghana to realization of the following objectives: • Supporting the Ghana Audit Service (GAS), the Internal Audit Agency (IAA), and the Public Procurement Authority (PPA) in the implementation of their respective activities; • supporting the Ministry of Finance (MoF) in the preparation and the follow up of procurement processes to be undertaken under the project; • supporting Ministry of Finance (MoF) and selected public institutions to pilot the rollout and implementation of gender and climate responsive budgeting. • enhance coordination between the three key institutions and ensure cooperation with the Ministry of Finance (MoF) and Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) specifically on social accountability.
