Deliver and present a study for Members of the Regional Development Committee of around 50 pages, focusing on the impacts of the war in Ukraine on EU Border Regions. The study will assess the implications at socio-economic, infrastructure and cohesion policy levels, as well as the vulnerabilities of the affected EU regions. It will also provide recommendations for the post-2027 Cohesion Policy, including possible crisis-response instruments tailored to border regions exposed to geopolitical shocks. Minimum requirements: team of minimum three (3) experts with sound educational/professional qualifications and experience that are clearly relevant to Cohesion Policy and Regional Development. Participation to this procedure is open exclusively to natural and legal persons coming within the scope of the EU Treaties, to natural and legal persons established in a third country which has a special agreement with the EU in the field of public procurement, and to international organisations.
