Who can apply
3.2.1 · Legal and Regulatory Capacity

All tenderers are required to prove that they are authorised to perform the FWC under national law.

3.2.2 · Economic and Financial Capacity

The tenderer must be in a stable financial position and have the economic and financial capacity to ensure uninterrupted delivery of the multi-annual services of this contract, including peak workload periods linked to statutory noise reporting deadlines. The tenderer must have, for each of the past two financial years for which accounts have been closed, an average annual turnover of at least EUR 500,000 (five hundred thousand euros).

3.2.3 · Technical and Professional Capacity

General Experience and Human Resources: The tenderer must have extensive and demonstrable experience of at least 3 (three) years in providing expert services in the area of air quality reporting, data and assessment, as well as the ability to provide a team of experts with suitable qualifications and relevant experience to perform the tasks covered by this call for tenders.
