The tenderers must demonstrate that they have the legal capacity to perform the contract and that they have the professional qualifications to carry out the professional activity required for the performance of the works that are the subject of this call for tenders.

Specific licence or authorisation required for contract performance: Authorisation for activities and employment in third-party installations or facilities pursuant to §25 of the Act on Protection against the Harmful Effects of Ionising Radiation (StrlSchG of 27.06.2017).

Average annual turnover of the last two financial years of more than EUR 500,000.00.

The tenderer must demonstrate experience in the field of measurement, control and regulation technology (Mess-, Steuer- und Regeltechnik).

The tenderer must demonstrate the following qualifications or competencies: 1. Certificate as 'Solution Partner' from Siemens in the areas of: Automation System SIMATIC, Process Control System SIEMENS PCS7, Human Machine Interface; Siemens Industrial Communications; Siemens Factory Automation; or equivalent partnership recognised by the manufacturer Siemens. 2. Certification as a specialist company (Fachbetrieb) pursuant to the Water Resources Act (Wasserhaushaltsgesetz).

Qualification of the persons proposed for performing the tasks described in the technical specifications: Service 1 (1 person): Engineering degree (Diplom or Master) in the field of measurement, control and regulation technology. Service 2 (1 person): Skilled worker (Facharbeiter) in the field of electrical engineering. Equivalent qualifications are also accepted.
